Emily’s vintage senior session is one of my all-time favorite sessions! In my first year of teaching, I had the amazing honor of meeting her. Every day, she literally runs into my classroom yelling, “HELLO! HELLO! HELLO!” And, if you know Emily, this is on the quiet side. This lady is a brilliant young photographer and I can’t believe that this is my last year with her (cue hysterical sobbing now)! I mean, who else will go on photo adventures and continuously quote “Friends” with me?
Emily brings some much-needed joy and excitement to my life, so when her family reached out about booking her senior session, I really wanted her photos to embody her personality. Not only is she full of life, but she’s also a total flower child. When I found Haulin’ Nostalgia Photo Booth, I knew it would be the perfect fit! P.S. If you’re looking for the cutest photo booth for your event, you HAVE to check out Haulin’ Nostalgia. HN is owned by the sweetest boss babe, Chandler. She offers several booth sizes, including Barb the vintage VW Photo Bus! She even drove the bus directly to us!
Weatherford, TX offered the perfect backdrop to Emily’s session. With the insane amount of rain we’ve received, the grass was incredibly green. Emily and I planned several outfits, but my favorite was her yellow dress, which was complete magic next to Barb and the grass! Emily’s favorite outfit was her jeans, letter jacket and spikes. As a Varsity Cross Country runner, these pictures were very special to her. I also loved that she asked her mom to join her for part of the session!
Over the last couple of years, Emily has become such a close friend. While I’m already grieving the fact that she’s planning on attending college far away, I can’t wait to see the world-changing things she’s going to do.
