So, I’m a little late in sharing these images, but I couldn’t think of a more perfect first post than Laura’s bridal session!
When meeting with a bride, I always suggest a bridal session because on the day of the wedding you have such a limited amount of time with the couple, which doesn’t leave too much time for individuals. With a dress like Laura’s (and a bride as beautiful!), I definitely wanted all the time I could get to do her justice!
The Lumen Room–one of my favorite places to shoot–served as the perfect backdrop to Laura’s dress. With everything being all white, the light is absolutely perfect in this small studio, and paired with this blue velvet couch, it really makes Laura pop! The worst part of any bridal session is waiting to share the images, so I’m going all out on this post!
On the wedding day, Laura opted to do her first look without her veil, which still allowed for the groom, John to be surprised during the ceremony! You can see some highlights of their vineyard first look below.
Let me know which bridal photo is your favorite in the comments below, or on Instagram! My favorite portraits of Laura are the ones where she’s sitting on the ground. The pose is just so effortless and peaceful, which is a perfect description of Laura, who is the sweetest, most gorgeous person without even trying!
I hope you enjoy these highlights from her session!
